About your team
As part of Chief People Office, the Early Careers Recruitment team is a dynamic team responsible for attracting and identifying the candidates with the brightest minds and diverse perspectives who have the potential to be future leaders of Fidelity International. Working closely with business leaders and in partnership with Early Careers programme management, wider talent acquisition and global HR, the Early Careers Recruitment Team ensures that the business is supported by a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates who possess the skills, experience, capabilities and potential needed to support our clients, enhance our organization and support the achievement of our strategic objectives.
About your role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in defining our Early Careers attraction and engagement recruitment strategy for Early Careers Recruitment in EMEA and ensuring alignment with our global approach.
1. You’ll feel inspired to craft a compelling employer brand narrative and to drive innovative strategies to attract top diverse talent for graduate, summer intern, working student, apprentice and insight programmes.
2. You’ll keep yourself up-to-date with trends in Early Careers and your responsibilities will include planning and executing on-campus and in-house events, maximizing strategic vendor, school, student society and vendor partnerships and leveraging social media channels to build FIL brand awareness amongst high potential candidates.
3. You’ll partner with communications and marketing teams and Early Careers colleagues globally to amplify our message, maintain strong partnerships with Careers Services Teams and champion DEI initiatives to cultivate a truly inclusive talent pool.
About you
We seek a highly motivated, organised and results-orientated individual with knowledge and prior experience in attracting and selecting high calibre early careers candidates.
4. You’ll be skilled in the planning and execution of early careers recruitment projects and promotional events, including diversity initiatives and pipeline recruitment initiatives such as spring insight, internships and work experience.
5. You’ll have strong communication and the ability to partner and support senior colleagues across our business in delivering events.
6. You’ll have a proven ability to think strategically, be able to interpret data and present back findings and campus season reviews to a very high standard.
7. Experience in working with Early Careers vendors and partners, a good understanding of social media marketing best practices and a passion working with and supporting diverse groups of Early Careers talent highly desirable.
8. Whilst your primary focus will be on the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our colleagues in APAC on global marketing, branding and diversity initiatives.
9. Flexibility to travel to attend on-campus and in school events across the UK and in Europe when required is desirable.
