Position: Van Delivery Driver
Location: Reading, West London

As a home delivery van driver, you'll play a crucial role in providing customers with same-day delivery options. Quality service is our priority, not just the number of parcels delivered.
Expectations and Responsibilities:
1. Loading your van with assistance from the warehouse team
2. Delivering up to 25 drops per shift within a designated area
3. Providing exceptional customer service during deliveries
4. Utilising telematics to monitor driving behaviour and adherence to safety standards
5. Achieving 98% on-time deliveries
6. Maintaining high customer satisfaction scores through excellent service
Our Perfect Worker
Requirements:
1. Valid UK manual driving license held for a minimum of 12 months
2. Minimum age of 18 with a clean driving record of no more than 6 points (DVLA license checks will be conducted)
3. Full-time availability with flexibility for PM Shift 13:00 starts
4. Must be able to work weekends
5. Smart appearance with a proven track record of great customer service
6. 6 months of previous multi-drop driving experience
7. Ability to meet performance targets and expectations
