You’ll be responsible for assessing and managing household claims, applying both empathy and attention to detail to ensure claims are handled efficiently and fairly.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams, while benefiting from comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills in claims handling.
Candidates should have experience in customer service, ideally within insurance, and be confident in communicating with customers.
You’ll need the ability to build rapport quickly, manage multiple claims simultaneously, and work well in a team. Above all, a passion for supporting people through sometimes stressful situations is key.
