Mandarin speaking Customer Claim Specialist - What You'll be Doing:
* Maintaining the data of customer insurance and updating receivable and receipt information on insurance portal;
* Managing and updating sales policy in an internal system on a regular basis;
* Checking claims from customers and collecting required information for manager’s review;
* Communicating with sales team and customers for any claim issue
* Issuing credit notes via an internal system
Mandarin speaking Customer Claim Specialist - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferred
* Working experience with similar job preferred
* Fluent in English
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Great attention to details
* Proficient in Excel and skilled with most of functions
* Self-motivated but equally work well in a team setting
