Formed in 1991, Autospray Body Repairs is Cornwalls premier independent accident repair centre based in Penryn, Cornwall, we have a team of dedicated, fully qualified repair technicians to make sure our customers receive a first class service.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a qualified Paint Technician. As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation and spraying of accident damaged vehicles to their original condition using state of the art equipment. joining a team of well established skilled Panel Beaters and MET technicians. The contract is for 40 hours but can be worked over either 4 or 5 days at £35,000 plus an excellent performance related bonus paid monthly, plus overtime offering an uncapped OTE with potential earnings of £75,000
Qualifications
* A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
* At least 2 years experience within the role and references
* Proficiency in assessing vehicle damage and selecting appropriate repair methods
* Knowledge of vehicle construction and functionality
* Ability to use various tools and equipment for repair work
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* A full driving licence
