Responsibilities include:
* Running the reception desk professionally
* Managing and training the front office team
* Maximising revenue and minimising loss
* Managing monies, floats and accounts effectively
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera is advantageous.
