IFA Administrator
Are you an experienced administrator in the wealth management space? Do you thrive in a high-end, boutique environment where teamwork and culture are everything? If so, we want to hear from you!

Working with a highly specialised financial planning firm, you will come onboard to assist in:
1. Proven experience in wealth management admin support.
2. Strong proficiency in back-office systems like X-Plan, Intelliflo, FE Analytics, and Cashcalc.
3. Confident in using provider platforms to manage client cases.
4. Technical expertise in pensions, tax-efficient investments, and portfolio management.
5. (Ideally) experience in equity release, mortgages, IHT planning, and protection.
6. A track record of processing cases within these fields.
7. Excellent understanding of FCA rules and the workings of a financial services firm.
8. Outstanding IT skills with attention to detail.
9. Top-notch communication skills - you'll be liaising with both clients and providers daily.
