Blayze Group is a successful and expanding organization in the residential sector. As Head of Health & Safety, you will oversee c10 projects in the South London region, working closely with the Managing Director.
This role requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in health and safety management for a construction contractor or housebuilder. Key responsibilities include leading safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
You will be responsible for influencing safety culture and practices, conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations. Familiarity with construction processes, methods, and technologies is essential, as well as a comprehensive understanding of health & safety and environmental legislation.
Awareness of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in construction safety, including environmental and sustainability considerations, human factors, and ergonomics in construction safety, is also required.
IT Skills - Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications are necessary for this role.
