As a Behaviour Mentor you will need to ensure that students’ attendance, behaviour, and attitudes are monitored and supported, to ensure academic progress is met whilst lessons run smoothly, and the harmony of the school is kept in place.
It would be ideal if the Behaviour Mentor has experience in mentoring or SEMH -or who has previously worked as a Behaviour Mentor & can build trusting relationships.

Graduate Behaviour Mentor – The Role:
Support students with behavioural issues
Work alongside them on a 1:1 basis
Support academic progress
Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team
Reports and observations will need to be recorded
Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Qualifications required:
Degree or Level 3 TA qualification
Prior education / classroom experience
Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
Excellent communication skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
