Skills:
Experience working with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SENTA), Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Job Duties:
1. Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
2. Assisting students with learning activities
3. Providing support to students with SEMH, ADHD, and other special educational needs
4. Implementing individual education plans for students
5. Assisting with behaviour management in the classroom
Required Qualifications:
6. Psychology Graduate
Education:
Degree in Psychology
Experience:
Previous experience working with students with SEMH, ADHD, and other special educational needs preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
7. Understanding of SEMH, ADHD, SENTA, EYFS, KS1, and KS2
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
10. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant
