Here at Havebury Housing, we are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our fantastic Neighbourhood and Estates Team! The Contracts Administrator plays a critical role in the Neighbourhood and Estates Team, working collaboratively with contractors, suppliers and colleagues across the business to support the provision of services in the communities in which we operate.
We own and manage c.7,500 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
1. To provide administrative support on contracts for all Neighbourhood and Estates Team Leaders including but not limited to, trees management, cleaning and legal services contracts
2. Undertake the processing of invoices, undertaking relevant checks against work issued, contract specification and ensuring payments approved in accordance with Financial Regulations and Standing Orders
