Role Title: CRD Programme Manager Location: London Hybrid – must be open to travel to the London office and client 1-2 days a week Target Start Date: ASAP Contract duration: 12 months (potential to extend) Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35) Role We are seeking a Programme Manager with Charles River (CRD) system experience, large scale Programme and delivery experience. As part of the Technology & Transformation in IM&W Operations, you will support CRD with pre-implementation services for a planned transformation, focusing on service definition and high-level implementation planning. You will work with the Client Implementation Director on the day-to-day delivery, supporting business and technology teams with pre-implementation phase. The key focus is organizing, structuring and planning the platform delivery for the client and meet the desired deadlines. Key Skills and Experience: CRD system integration experience in Investment Management & Wealth is essential. Large scale Programme transformation experience - have full end-to-end implementation experience of shaping the approach, plan and strategy. Knowledge of front and middle and back offices. Experience in Leading Workshops. Desirable: Have PMP or equivalent Project Management qualification Consulting / Client advisory skills? - Experience in advising the client on their product strategy, approach and decision making relating to the newly provisioned banking platform (Loans, Guarantees, and Risk Engine).Excellent verbal and written communication skills Deliverables – responsibilities but not limited to Support CRD with pre-implementation services for a planned transformation – focusing on service definition and high-level implementation planning to inform subsequent contractual discussions Work with Client Implementation Director at CRD to support business and technology teams through this pre-implementation phase Organize, structure and plan the engagement of key subject matter experts (SMEs) to meet the desired deadlines IR35 As a means of managing tax, commercial and reputational risks, Deloitte prohibits the use of Associates through Personal Service Companies (‘PSCs’).
