A little bit about the business…
They are an air conditioning and chiller specialist, with the office HQ based in Gravesend, Kent. They operate on a nationwide basis, but primarily cover London and the Home Counties. They have a fantastic client portfolio, and really have grown hugely within the last few years. The business is one very much built from the ground up, with everyone coming from an industry background, and they have now become a HUGE name in the industry, and continue to grow. Whilst being a large company, they are very family orientated and very down to earth, and look after their staff fantastically well. They have quarterly team events (such as a fully expensed day at the races for example) and are very tight knit unit. They operate a flexible ‘working from home’ system, of course once trained and up to speed, usually with an early finish on a Friday!
The company believes solely from promoting within, and with its continued and projected growth, progression opportunities are endless.
