About the Role: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met during the new product introduction phase. Develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes for new products. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Support the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including PPAP, FMEA, and control plans. Participate in design reviews and provide quality input to ensure manufacturability and reliability of new products.

Must have 5+ years experience as a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer, preferably within the automotive sector, though other industries such as marine, aerospace, defense will be considered.

Flexibility to support regular domestic and international travel to suppliers/customers (including EU and USA) and holder of a valid driving license.

Knowledge of automotive technology and product development.
Auditor training to ISO 9001.
