Back of House Manager, Somerset
Your Role
As Back of House Manager, you'll ensure our team areas and processes are well managed, food and beverage ordering and stock control are effective, and our back of house processes are consistent. You'll work closely with managers and the Head Chef to keep them compliant and within budget.
You'll have a keen eye for detail, be methodical in your work, and communicate effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, ensuring cleaning duties are completed, staff areas are respected, and the office is well managed.
