What Youll Be Doing
* Project Planning & Execution: Assist in scheduling and managing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
* Team Supervision: Oversee operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
* Inspections & Recommendations: Conduct pre- and post-work inspections, providing design input and facilitating smooth handovers.
* Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, maintaining organized records for efficient project management.
* Financial Oversight: Manage job packs to support timely invoicing and cash flow control.
