What will you be doing?
As a Junior Technical Analyst, you will be supporting our PayPoint products, systems, or applications by following existing, pre-defined support processes. You may be required to support our internal technical teams, as well as our Clients and Retailers, therefore will have a strong customer service focus. You may also be required to implement technical changes and assist in the resolution of incidents raised by retailers, clients, or other technical teams at PayPoint. As part of the role, you will also help identify root causes from any repeat incidents, so that underlying problems can be addressed by 3rd line support teams.

* Windows based 24/7 environment skills including 1st/2nd line support
* The ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical staff
* A willingness to learn
It would be great if you already have…
* Experience with transaction processing systems around point of sale systems
* Experience troubleshooting on a Windows Server environment
* IIS Server Knowledge
* An understanding of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
* Any transact SQL query knowledge would be great for us
* Experience with Azure DevOps
