Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Exeter. This position is available for immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all HR functions within the school, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and school policies.
* Support staff with HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
* Collaborate with school leadership to enhance staff engagement and development.
Requirements:
* Proven HR experience in a school setting, preferably within an SEN environment.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
