An exciting opportunity has arisen within the West Caithness Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence. The post holder need to be flexible and able to use their own initiative. The post-holder will provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high quality service to the local community.
Experience not required, as full training and induction will be given. Opportunities to complete your SVQ in Health & Social Care, and the possibility of further career progression.
A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes. Travel expenses available.
This is a permanent part-time post of 17.3 hours working a rota of 17:00 to 22:00 4 days on and 4 days off or as per service requirements.
