Position:
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Learning & Development Administrator based at Ayrshire Central Hospital and University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
1. Working within the Learning and Development team as part of the Department of Organisation and Human Resource Development you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support which will support the learning and development function to meet customer needs and expectations.
2. This will involve providing comprehensive administration support to Senior Management within the department, co-ordinating the administration of learning programmes liaising with Learning and Development Advisors and other key stakeholders in the Organisation.
3. You will assist in the administration of projects within the Learning and Development Department and administer learning and development support which complies with Organisational and Departmental quality procedures and systems.
4. You will support and provide helpdesk assistance for systems such as iMatter, LearnPro eLearning Platform, LearnPro Course Booking System, Turas Learn and TURAS Appraisal.
5. The post will provide administration and will be based between the Training Centre, Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine and the Education Centre in Crosshouse. Post may also be required to work at the Education Centres, University Hospital Crosshouse and University Hospital Ayr.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Experience of Microsoft Office Packages and SVQ Level 3 Business and Administration at SCQF Level 6 and/or equivalent qualification and experience is required. You will have experience of planning and organising and experience of working on own initiative and unsupervised with limited supervision.
Hours:
37 per week, working Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm and Friday: 9am-4.30pm.
