What you will do
FM: Systems is seeking a Trainee Operations Coordinator to support our operations and technical team. In this role, the chosen candidate will be based from our Blackburn office Monday-Friday. You will provide technical support for the configuration of our customers orders, whilst testing new hardware and assisting on the stock and logistical operations. Full training will be provided on the FM Systems hardware and software. The individual will possess a passion for technology, excellent written/verbal skills and be an essential member of Operations team.
How you will do it
9. Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines for the configuration & shipping of hardware.
10. Complete the configuration of FM:Systems & 3rd party hardware.
11. Setting up surveys and floors plan so the customer can report on utilisation
12. Assist with testing new hardware
13. Providing logistic support for customer and operational team
14. Support with stock checking and stores process
15. Provide holiday cover for stock & shipping
