About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Business Analyst to join our team in Minworth/Birmingham.
How you will contribute
1. Maintaining and prepare ERF requests and share tracker reports
2. Management of the banked hours process, including formulating the stand-down/stand-up notices and briefings, tracking hours banked and age of hours in line with process guidelines
3. Preparation and facilitation of MBR/QBR governance and S&OP meetings as required including action tracker management
4. Local vendor management and consumable order management
5. To act as focal point for all business data and reporting transactions
6. Collation of weekly/ monthly plant scorecard data and governance of review schedules
7. Collating plant roll call data weekly/monthly and preparing month end P&L data inputs
8. SAP; Invoice Administration including MIR5 reporting and GR order
9. Monitoring and reporting of Contractual/ Service provider performance to standard (KPIs)
10. Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring
11. Degree level education – Preferred
12. An excellent level of written and spoken English facilitating proactive and highly effective communication
13. Mathematics to GCSE grade C minimum
14. A high level of Microsoft Excel ability • Ability to work with frequent distractions and changing priorities
15. Personal confidence and positive behaviours • Problem solving
16. Attention to detail and accuracy
