Project Administrator Needed!

This is a part-time role, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

⏰ Hours: 10am-2pm, Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour
About Our Client:
Our client, a renowned people development consultancy, specialises in delivering exceptional behavioural training to employees at all levels. As a trusted partner to their clients, they pride themselves on providing bespoke blended learning and development solutions. With a strong focus on online platforms, including Microsoft Teams, they have seamlessly transitioned their training programmes to the digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilise your knowledge of Microsoft Teams to set up and manage training modules
2. Assist delegates in joining the Teams platform and troubleshoot any technical issues during training events.
3. Effectively manage a time-critical task list for ongoing projects. ⏰
4. Handle various Excel spreadsheets and ensure accurate data management.
5. Oversee training programme joining instructions and post-course evaluations. ✉️
6. Support the management of several generic email boxes.
7. Contribute to general administrative tasks across multiple projects.
Essential Requirements:
8. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely. ✨
9. Proficient in all Microsoft products, including Office and OneDrive.
10. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Teams, particularly in an admin support capacity.
11. Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability across various software platforms.
12. Capable of working well under pressure and resolving issues promptly. ⏱️
13. Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ️✉️
15. Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading and typing skills. ✅
16. Ability to travel to Bristol for occasional meetings.
