An opportunity has arisen to join the Special Projects Division at Crest Nicholson. The division is engaged primarily in the fire safety remediation of medium and high-rise buildings and the work it undertakes is both sensitive and high profile.
The candidate must be a first-class communicator both verbally and in writing and have customer services experience. It is important that the candidate is sensitive, accurate and confident in their communication and will be required from time-to-time to attend meetings with management companies, managing agents, residents and leaseholders. The candidate will be expected to take an interest in, and develop a knowledge of, fire safety remediation matters and their legal context in order to carry out their duties effectively.
Communications Duties
1. General management of communications for the Special Projects Division.
