Job Title: Business Development Manager (New Logo)
Location: Hybrid, working 1 - 2 days per week in the office in Rochdale.
Salary: Expected OTE £85,000 - £105,000+ uncapped
* £47,000 - £50,000 basic salary.

Commission Structure
* 12% on one-off sales.

Foundations Executive Search is partnering with an IT Managed Services provider to find a solutions-led Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional to join a company that specializes in professional services, technology solutions, and support contracts mainly across IT support, networks, cloud, and cyber security.
Typical Clients: The company has great case studies across the Legal, Housing, and Manufacturing industries, and they are also on several Government/Public Sector frameworks. Clients tend to be over 1000 users.
What support will I have? You will have Sales Development Reps cold calling, setting appointments, and generating leads for you. You will be responsible for attending meetings, presenting to prospective customers, creating proposals, and closing orders. There is lots of support from the in-house marketing team running various campaigns, and the Account Management and Client Service team will also share leads. The Senior Leadership Team will help train, mentor, and develop you. Partners, Vendors, and other 3rd parties will also share and help develop leads.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue growth.
* Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals crafted to the client's needs.
* Pipeline management, strategic planning, and reporting.
* Mentor SDRs and BDEs, help develop, retain, and recruit team members for the new business department.
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Form long-term business relationships with clients to ensure sustained business growth.
* Present and sell a range of professional services, technology solutions, and support contracts to prospective clients.
* Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline development.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role ideally within the IT Managed Services industry.
* 3+ years experience in B2B sales.
* Strong hunter mentality with a track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to form strategic partnerships and build long-term business relationships.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales activities and track data.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
