Office Administrator
We are excited to be working with our successful, award-winning client who is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. This established company is looking for a motivated individual to support the senior management team with various administrative tasks. This role has a clear path for growth, with the long-term goal of developing the successful candidate into an Office Manager.
Role Overview:
The Office Administrator will the senior management team with a variety of administrative responsibilities. This dynamic position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and managing business documents.
Assisting with financial tasks, including raising invoices and updating customer information in Xero (training provided).
Managing social media activity (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) using Canva (training provided).
Communicating professionally with High-Net-Worth clients by phone and email.
Performing general administrative duties, including printing and filing.Candidate Profile:
Polished, articulate, and professional demeanour.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Collaborative and eager to learn within a team environment.
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Well-presented with a professional appearance.Competitive salary in line with individual experience
Hours
8:30am to 5:30pm - Monday to Thursday .8:30am to 4:00pm - Friday
