Job Overview:
* 2 Year Structured Finance & Operations Graduate Programme
* 4 x 6-month rotations in various prospect teams (See below)
* On this scheme you will have a Program Line Manager, static for the full 2-year Program, a Rotational Line Manager who will alter per new rotation, alongside a Buddy & Mentor to help with day-to-day activities
Responsibilities & Rotations:
Each team offers a new perspective and challenge. The rotations we offer could be in a blend of different teams and are subject to business demand. See below for a snippet of each potential area:
Finance Business Partnering - Collaborate with groups to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Finance Business Planning - Assist with financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans to guide the organization's growth.
Internal Audit - Engage with teams across the business to assess and test the effectiveness, efficiency and compliance of the business’ internal controls, ISO certifications, financial business processes and risk management practices.
Group Reporting - Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and transparency for internal and external collaborators.
Treasury - Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize our financial resources.
Controllership - Oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Revenue Enablement & Assurance - Administer royalty agreements and payments for intellectual property rights and licensing.
Procurement - Work closely with the business and 3rd party suppliers to buy goods and services in a profitable and ethical manner.
Enterprise Data & Insights - Build systems for automation of financial and commercial data, reporting, modelling, and insights to support delivery of the business strategy.
Mergers & Acquisitions - Support with financial analysis aiding the due diligence for potential acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures.
Portfolio - manage the Plan of Record cycle, which includes quarterly updates and reviews of the company's product and solution roadmap
Planning & Delivery - responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and managing resources to meet project timeline
Process Intelligence - combines the capabilities of process mining, automation, and business intelligence to provide understanding of real-life business operations. It involves the systematic collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to business processes and workflows. The team helps Arm uncover patterns and insights that lead to better operational efficiency.
We are looking for individuals who:
* Hold, or be on track to Graduate from an accredited University by September 2025
* Will be studying (or have studied) towards a relevant field (Finance, Business, Accounting, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Process Management, Program Management)
* Can "think on your feet", have excellent analytical skills, and want to work in a cross-function department collaborating with others - Then this is the place for you!
* Are open-minded, willing to grow and adapt throughout this program.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
Any experience working with Tableau, Power BI, SAP or is welcomed, but not essential,
Any project or program management experience, or knowledge of associated methodologies would be beneficial, though not crucial.
