Our finance team has a team of 2, we are seeking someone to replace one member of the team who is retiring. The job is office based in Welwyn Garden City.

Clare & Claudio Duran founded the company in 1994 and still own and are very much involved in the company. We work hard to be good at what we do which is provide carers to allow individuals to remain in their own homes. What the job includes
1. Handling all aspects of payroll, we currently run 5 payrolls.
2. Invoicing clients and ensuring a timely collection of payments.
3. Processing supplier invoices and payments.
4. Phone calls and emails to clients, carers, local authorities and team members.
5. Keeping all the data on our digital platforms up to date as well as the transactional details from the bank or company expenses.
6. Producing management accounts.
7. Monitoring and maintaining office equipment & tasks to ensure a smooth running of the office.
Requirements
8. Live close to Welwyn Garden City, as this is an office-based role.
9. The ability to work on digital platforms and explore their full potential.
10. Enjoy working with numbers and bookkeeping.
11. Be thorough in your work and detail-focused ensuring accuracy.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
13. Have a good phone & email approach to uphold the values of the company in being one of the best places to work.
14. Qualified or part-qualified in finance or accounting (e.g. AAT, ACCA) is preferred but not essential
