We are currently working with one of our long standing clients to onboard a Housing Officer to join their Customer Service team on a 12 month FTC.
The requirements for this Housing Officer role are:
* Previous experience of delivering a range of housing management services including safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches as well as the ability to oversee and work on case management
* Experience triaging complex housing queries that come in, making sure you are responding to the customer's needs
* Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
* The ability to problem solve and recognise when there's a risk
The benefits of this Housing Officer role:
* Salary of £32,000-35,000 DOE.
* 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

* Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)
