Role: Finance Personal Assistant

We are on the hunt for an experienced ‘Personal Assistant’ to support our Chief Financial Officer… this could be your opportunity to join the sweet life of HARIBO!
Within this role you will provide support to and report directly into our Chief Financial Officer whilst also providing effective administrative support to our wider Finance and IT teams.
In order to ensure sugary success, it is key that you also build flavoursome relationships with a whole host of stakeholders across the business including our Sales PA, Managing Director’s EA, Marketing PA, Operations EA as well as our broader commercial business teams, Operations teams as well as the holding.

How you’ll contribute to the mix:

- Supporting the CFO, Finance Director and other senior managers in their role of leading the Finance and IT teams across the UK and Ireland
- Providing diary support
- Booking all Finance team related travel and accommodation
- Organising and attending Finance meetings both on and off site including local and international meetings as well as annual conferences
- Organising the CFO’s and Finance Director movements
- Supporting other commercial PA’s when organising department and team bookings
- Collating and producing presentations
- Assisting with the coordination of ad hoc projects and tasks
- Taking responsibility for raising POs, expense claims, planned absences, CFO and Finance Director purchases, invoices and holidays
Can you supply our essential ingredients?
Are you an experienced PA who is keen to step into the world of FMCG?.. however, if you already work within the Food industry and have a basic Finance knowledge that’s extra ticks for you!
We are on the lookout for an individual who has fantastic administrative abilities as well as it a guru when it comes to the Microsoft Office packages, in particular PowerPoint skills and Excel. Are you already working to an advanced level or willing to learn? We would love to hear from you!
Being able to demonstrate strong organisational skills is essential for the role as well as possessing excellent time management abilities!
