MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Director and Marketing teams for UK ANI. To also support the Contracts Director/team for specific projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Support
* POs, Agency Contracts
* Management of SAP and procurement tasks and queries, in accordance with financial policies, including purchase orders, ACRs, MDG, New agency addition, SOWs, PCFs etc for the marketing team
* Pricing
* Pricing Specialist tasks on SAP for all Nutritional and other feeds, plastics and ancillaries – list price, wholesale and DTC customer discount prices- raising pricing forms with BM inputs and getting pricing approvals
* Compile and circulate the monthly MIMs price increase and comparison reports
* Market Share
* Support Business Analytics team with monthly Subnational Market Share reports for UK and Ireland
* Veeva Champion
* Manage Veeva licenses and transition from Zinc to Veeva for any pending materials. Support with Veeva approvals for brand teams and wider ANI teams if asset usage can be classified under marketing
* ISOTrain supervisor
* Ensure ISOtrain accounts are requested and set-up for all new starters and monitor for late training
* Specific marketing projects: These may involve usage of already approved content to customize for other projects, keeping marketing team in the loop
* Examples of successfully managed projects from 2020 -Webinar toolkit for regional teams, ENV charity depletion plan, social media response guide for Ensure, ENV competition entry for Pharmacy magazine, Creative content pieces like EMP/ENV content for retailers
* End to end delivery from design
* Working with 3rd parties and approvals
* To deliver the KPIs set and agreed with the marketing team while briefing
* General team administrative duties for the marketing team – supporting new starter inductions, booking big meetings, managing brand events, sampling, office stock management.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* To comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives.
* Responsible for health, safety and environmental performance of themselves and others through compliance within EHS programs, regulations and standards. Subject to the policy and procedures outlined in the EHS Handbook.
