Sense Scotland is looking for a nurturing and friendly Female Support Practitioner to join our dedicated Housing Support Team based in the Tulloch Hill area of Perth.
This is a full time post offering 37 hours per week.
Shifts are: Early 7.30am – 3pm, Late 2pm – 10pm and Night 10pm – 8am.
The shifts are allocated on a team rota system which does include weekends and public holidays. Flexible working patterns will be considered to ensure a healthy home-work life balance.
For this position, Female is an Occupational Requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.

About the service
Set within the Tulloch Hill area in the city of Perth, we have an enthusiastic support team providing 24hr care to people living with complex needs (such as learning disability, PICA, and epilepsy).
The service has three adjoining bungalows with two people living within each house. A communal lounge and kitchen are where we come together for entertainment and activities. There is also a lovely communal garden to enjoy whatever the weather.
The team is dedicated to ensuring they provide a high standard of care that enables the people we support to live a full, active, independent life tailored to their needs and aspirations.
Our team continually provides a warm, welcoming environment ensuring that the people we support feel safe in their own homes and staff feel safe at work.
We also work closely and support the team at the Bridge of Earn service, regularly meeting socially to enjoy activities such as bowling, coffee, or a meal.
