Job Title: Housing Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Bromley
Overview:
My client, a highly reputable Legal 500 accredited regional firm, are seeking a pragmatic and career driven Housing Litigation Solicitor to join a collaborative team in southeast London. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a team that has over 30 years’ experience in delivering legal services to social housing providers and private landlords. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 1-5 years PQE.
Duties include:
Dealing with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud
Dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable
Managing any support services for which you are responsible, including supervision of secretarial and junior staff
Participation in marketing and networking activities whether on a firm-wide, or departmental basis
The successful candidate will have/be:
1-5 years PQE
Experience delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment
Qualified and eligible to practice as a Solicitor in England
Package:
£50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
