The recruitment consultant role Coming into a successful team as a recruitment consultant at Teaching Personnel, you will need to bridge the gap between our educators and our schools. By providing a premium level of customer service you will work to ensure your clients (schools) needs are met by providing them with top quality educators- while having the educators best needs at heart and finding them a job, they will thrive in. This isn't a normal 9-5, as an account manager, your day will start before the school day starts in order to support with day-to-day supply cover - Not a morning person? You soon will be. This role will challenge you from the moment you enter the office to the moment you leave, and we need someone who has the passion and energy to make a success of themselves in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel you will do a full 360° role what does that mean? You will be tasked with: Sourcing top quality educators (Teachers, Teaching Assistants etc) Undertaking their full vetting checks Marketing & selling these educators to your client schools Finding the right school placement And finally following up with premium levels of aftercare No previous education experience is necessary, but you do need to be able to manage your time effectively in order to provide a level of service that both your clients and candidates are happy with. As this role covers aspects of recruitment & sales, you will be working towards both individual and branch targets. Having a team target and team commission structure aids to the close-knit feel as mentioned above. You will be on a successful team that all pull together to hit the targets that are set.
