A well established, fast paced and friendly client of ours is looking for an Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
The role involves:
* Daily running of the office
* Emails/post/telephone
* Supporting the team
* Scanning and filing
* Client/suppliers liaison
* Raising invoices
* Preparing documents, including official correspondence
* Maintenance of office equipment and general office upkeep and tidiness
Successful candidate will have:
* Have at least 3 years sales administration experience in a professional environment
* Be numerate
* Have strong attention to detail, be diligent and highly organised
* Experience in setting-up and maintaining Excel/other databases.
* Excellent team player.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, with a professional and cheerful telephone manner.
