This involves working precisely within a fast-paced, expanding team, collaborating with various departments and customers to coordinate, confirm, and manage training bookings. The role also focuses on optimising instructor schedules and maintaining consistent communication with operations to ensure maximum utilisation of resources.
Key Responsibilities
As part of their daily tasks, the Training and Qualifications Coordinator will:
* Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Certification Teams to organise training courses.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone.
* Proactively and reactively address customer and prospective customer needs.
* Schedule and record a wide range of training requests in a dedicated CRM system.
* Perform administrative duties such as updating customer LMS systems, conducting satisfaction surveys, and preparing reports.
* Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers or suppliers.
* Maintain accurate records in the system, including marketing-related data.
* Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular communication and quality check-ins.
* Work alongside the Sales Team and Customer Relationship Manager to ensure compliance with customer contracts.
* Monitor service and course delivery quality, documenting issues, providing feedback, and escalating concerns when necessary.
* Develop expertise in various training programs, including Access Equipment, Mobile Plant, Materials Handling, and Health and Safety courses.
* Identify and engage potential customers or sites to meet and exceed business targets.
* Partner with the operations team to optimise instructor workloads and ensure consistent availability
