Role Overview: As a Support Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Rail Systems Alliance (RSA) leadership team. You will be responsible for managing the business infrastructure and delivering key projects to ensure the effective day-to-day operations of the RSA. This includes developing and managing the Alliance Business Plan, Governance Plan, Management Plan, and Collaboration Development and Support Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of the Alliance agreement and associated processes to achieve objectives.
Coordinate and support the design, development, and delivery of the RSA operating model.
Lead the development, implementation, and management of business processes, systems, and structures.
Develop and report on the Alliance Business Plan in compliance with the Alliance Agreement.
Support the selection process for Alliance roles and monitor performance.
Lead projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Alliance.
