1. Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities
2. Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, Linked In, and other channels to assess their requirements
3. Conduct market research to inform business strategies
4. Analyse current business performance and quotation success rates to strategically target specific customers, sectors, and product types, with guidance provided
5. Maintain a detailed record/database of customer interactions, using defined software or templates.
