We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team at Lifetime Training Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing the professionals of the future in the hospitality sector.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting, both front and back of house. You will have a strong background in food and beverage, food production, and beverage service, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and assessment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the apprenticeship standard to learners in their place of work, providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve career-building qualifications.
* Help learners achieve transferable skills in Maths and English, if needed, and manage your own admin tasks.
* Work with learners at some of the UK's best-loved names in hospitality, delivering training and assessment that meets the highest standards.
* Contribute to the development of our Chef Academy, an advanced Apprenticeship programme to support retention in the hospitality sector.
