Due to exponential growth, we are looking for an Experience Analyst to join our award-winning team experience team.
Position Overview:
As an Experience Analyst, you will join with knowledge of social and digital channels, specifically within a medical marketing context. Reporting to the Omnichannel Associate Director, you will help implement and optimize strategies across digital platforms to support marketing effectiveness, engagement, and value in the healthcare space, while bringing insight to enhance campaign impact. You will collaborate with teams, including creative, compliance, and analytics, to ensure strategies are implemented in a compliant and impactful way.

You should be able to generate ideas and feel comfortable presenting and discussing your insights with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the setup, management, and optimization of omnichannel strategies that align with brand goals and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
2. Support content scheduling, monitoring, and reporting across social and digital channels to guarantee cohesive execution.
3. Work with analytics teams to generate performance reports, interpret data, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
4. Take ownership of creating client-ready reports and presentations, going beyond data reporting to include strategic insights and recommendations.
5. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure efficient execution of omnichannel initiatives.
6. Collaborate with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure all digital content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with medical marketing standards.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for channel-specific strategies that drive engagement within the healthcare space.
8. Present ideas and insights in both internal meetings and client-facing sessions, fostering a collaborative environment.
9. Maintain thorough documentation of omnichannel processes, strategies, and best practices.
You have experience in and demonstrated examples of the following:
1. Familiarity with social and digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, paid ads) and an understanding of how they can be leveraged in healthcare marketing.
2. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for medical marketing on digital platforms.
3. Proficiency in basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) for tracking performance and identifying key metrics.
4. An understanding of customer journeys and how to optimize touchpoints across multiple digital and social channels to enhance engagement.
5. Ability to draw insights from data and communicate the "so what" behind numbers, helping drive data-informed decisions.
6. Confidence in presenting ideas and insights in a clear, compelling way, whether in client presentations or internal workshops.
7. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an agency or within a marketing department.
