An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated SERVICE ADVISOR to join a busy prestige main dealer in Northampton.
This business represents 2 world-class brands and is part of a hugely successful dealer group that represent over 23 of the world’s most high-profile vehicle brands, across their 140 UK dealerships.
As a Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the brand-accredited workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with Technicians / Workshop Control about vehicle statuses and ensuring they are ready on time, meeting customer expectations.
The ability to give the best advice on approved products and services to suited to each customer is a key activity.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you’ll need to take the time to talk to people, listening carefully to their requirements and building a genuine rapport. As such we’re looking for candidates who have filled the role successfully before – ideally in another main dealer. However, Service Advisors from a quality independent or service-centre background are also invited to apply.
This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role, but you will be required to work the occasional Saturday morning (approximately an average of 1 in 5) on a paid overtime basis.
