FTS Recruitment are looking for an Admin Clerk for our customer based in Skelmersdale, WN8. You will be working as a part of a team for a National Delivery Company in a brand new location in Skelmersdale.
Job Title: Transport Admin Clerk
Pay Rate: £14.86 per hour, £22.89 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours per week. Rates are inclusive of holiday pay.
Location: Skelmersdale, WN8.
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday 2200pm - 0600am
Start Date: Immediate Start available
This is an ongoing position with temp to perm for the right candidate.

Job Role:
* Rota: Working Sunday to Thursday night shift
* Overtime available
* You will be working as an Admin Clerk for a global supply chain.
* You will receive full training.
* You will receive 24-hour support from our dedicated Operations team.
Duties:
· General office duties
· Meet and greet workers and drivers
· Answering the phone and sending emails
· Booking in staff on a weekly basis
· Dealing with any queries
· Assisting the FLM
· KPI Reports
· Attendance logs / timekeeping
· Using JDA Warehouse Management systems
· All other duties as requested
Requirements:
* Previous experience in admin required
* Previous experience in transport is advantageous
* MUST have experience using JDA Warehouse Management Systems

* Be over the age of 18 for insurance purposes.
* Respect all staff and vehicles.
