You have high standards and an impeccable attention to detail supported by an organised and structured approach to everything that you do You have experience of leading teams across differing geographies, of sales and service focussed sales people to deliver exceptional customer service and deliver against sales targets and KPI’s Within the retail sector, you will currently be leading multiple stores within a telecoms, storage, finance or furniture sector and delivering a customer focussed proposition Day to day As an Area Manager, you will be accountable for driving customer satisfaction metrics, operational excellence and sales performance across your region. You will be leading a region and above all creating the right culture within your team. Demonstrating genuine care and passion for the happiness, well being and engagement of your team Daily site visits to be visible, support your teams and maintain branch standards across your area Communicating with head office and drawing upon the support functions to set your teams up for success and ensure they can deliver on their targets With responsibility for the leadership, success and development of your management team, you will demonstrate an inspirational leadership style ensuring that your team receive clear direction and support through coaching and mentoring.
