In this role, you will coordinate meetings, manage diaries, organize client meetings, and prepare materials for visits. You will manage travel arrangements, oversee expenses, and assist the directors with HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organization. Additionally, you will write job adverts, review CVs, and conduct phone interviews for new hires.
The Role:
1. Write job adverts and review CVs for hiring.
2. Coordinate regular meetings, including venue booking and refreshments.
3. Provide administrative support to directors and assist with HR tasks.
The Person:
1. Based in Kingsbridge.
2. Proven experience in an Administrative or HR support role.
