We are looking for a CAFM Solutions Project Manager to join our Building Services team in Leavesden.
What you'll do:
1. Take Project Manager Responsibility for Key Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Mobilisation and improvement projects
2. Implement new CAFM modules and features
3. Consult design and implement complex CAFM focused solutions
4. Work directly with software vendors to manage implementations and upgrades
5. Bring forward new solutions and innovations to the business
6. Work as a key member of the CAFM solutions team
7. Hands on support of end users issues
8. Provide CAFM training to individuals and teams
9. Create analytical outputs using digital tools
10. Design, document and implement CAFM focused process
11. Build and maintain key relationships with internal customer base
12. Provide FM related CAFM knowledge to operational user base
13. Provide bid support as required
14. Be engaged with the wider business to look for CAFM related opportunities
15. Always looks for new more efficient ways of working
16. Attend Site/Office 3 day a week
What you'll bring to the role:
17. Experience in implementation and technical administration of CAFM systems. Ie Core CAFM, Customer and Supplier portals and Mobile solutions Ideally with MRI Evolution.
18. Proficient in SQL based scripting
19. Detailed knowledge of core CAFM modules and features
20. Ability to build detailed analytical outputs
21. Excellent team working, communication, problem solving capabilities and customer care skills
22. Attention to detail and a conscientious approach to task management
23. Consultative Skills
24. Advanced user in MS Microsoft packages
25. Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
26. Must be able to fully satisfy the client security clearance minimum requirement
