This role involves close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient request processing and the accurate issuing of debit notes and purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the claims administration process, ensuring timely and accurate processing
* Review, validate documentation, and maintain comprehensive records
* Analyse large customer issues using engineering techniques and engine knowledge
* Prepare detailed reports for suppliers and customers, summarising findings and causes of part failures
* Manage quality issues referred from the USA, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve claims-related issues and facilitate effective communication
* Raise debit notes and purchase orders in accordance with established procedures, confirming details with suppliers
