Responsibilities
:
1. Day-to-day management of performance marketing through the leadership of the creative and media agencies
2. Create, monitor, and optimise campaigns to meet business andmercial targets
3. Be the channel owner for Paid Search, Aggregators, Display and other paid marketing channels.
4. Work with aggregator partners to identify opportunities to optimise performance, value, and scale.
5. Build a strong working relationship with the research, analytics, and MI leads to improve marketing analytics and reporting dashboards.
6. Leverage data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance and maximise conversions.
7. Collaborate with members of the marketing team to ensure paid amplification of marketing content when necessary.
8. Work with creative agencies or internal design teams to create marketing assets for paid media campaigns that align to key audience insights and brand guidelines.
9. Identify new paid media channels or tactics that can lead to improved performance, such as leading on cookie-less marketing initiatives.
10. Implement agreed test and learn strategies that help business to drive decisions throughout the customer application funnel.
11. Stay ahead of the latest trends in performance marketing, including new tools, platforms, and tactics.
12. Produce and present regular performance marketing updates for BAU and Campaign activity.
13. Ensure all media invoices are correct and future costs are accurately forecasted.
Experience and skills:
14. Relevant marketing qualification
15. Experience of supporting the delivery of multi-£m marketing budgets & campaigns
16. 4+ years working in a B2C or agency performance marketing/paid media function.
17. Strong acquisition marketing skills, using multiple channels to effectively acquire customers.
18. Ability to partner cross functionally towards enterprise level objectives; and to effectively manage and develop partnerships with marketing agencies.
19. Track record of executing successful acquisition campaigns to drive customer and account growth
20. Clearmunicator who can effectively speak in technology, marketing and experience terms
