This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager / Electrical Operations Manager to join a very successful and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor.

With their Head Offices based in South East London, the company are leading M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning.

The company work across multiple sectorsincluding commercial, office fit out, education, healthcare, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from £500k upto £10m, and as a result of continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Contracts / Operations Manager to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage projects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
2. Manage the procurement of projects
3. Technical submissions/approvals of plant/equipment
4. Production of risk and method statements
5. Financial management of the project and working to budgets set
