About the role:
· Provide strategic and operational HR support, guidance, and leadership within a matrix organisation.
· Manage complex casework related to employee relations (ER) and sickness absence, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
· Contribute to HR transformational projects aimed at enhancing organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
· Utilise HR systems such as iTrent for transactional work and recruitment activities.
· Perform HR transactional duties with accuracy and efficiency.
About You:
· CIPD Qualified up to Level 7
· Previous HR management and generalist UK based experience
· Experience working with HR Systems such as iTrent for HR transactional work and recruitment
· Ideally experience within a local authority/public sector organisation
