You will be providing high quality teaching and learning for children. As a Teaching Assistant you will be support a KS1 child with SEND needs. Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of this child. As a Teaching Assistant you will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel safe and valued. Work collaboratively with other teaching assistants and support staff, external professionals to deliver holistic support. Monitor and assess child progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary, communicate effectively with parents. This Teaching assistant role will start in September and will last the full academic year and could possibly go permanent.
